I do not eat much either and no weight loss for me ....ugh...

Try eating 4 to 5 meals a day...smaller meals as u may have acid being produced when u r not eating, by eating more frequently but smaller meals u use up the acid and help calm ur stomach down.

It could very well be ur meds...double check if u should eat with it or an hour b4....etc...as it may help reduce how u r feeling.

Thank  I will try to do that. The doc as changed my heart medication. And that is the only new med! The most disturbing is the pain associate with the act of eating lattely. It feel likete food is beating me up from the inside. I know it sound crazy but its the only way I can describe it. I'll go and look up the side effect of my new med. And I will not eat anything spicy or fatty for some time.

But on the lighter side I don't get it, I can barely eat right now and I'm not losing no weight!  :-)   Stange!

Hi Drew...have u been on antibiotics recently or a pain med that may be triggering GERD?

I know a lot of meds can do this....so look at what u have been on and research side effects....it may be a probiotic and magnesium may help u get ur GI track re-balanced.

Since u r on GERD meds, u will feel bloated at first when taking them....but in addition u need to avoid trigger foods...like spicy,greasy,acidic,carbonated,caffeine......do not eat 3 to 4 hrs b4 laying down...

Elevate the head of ur bed to help keep the acids down where they belong.

Hope u feel better soon.
