Ok.today i went to accupuncture.i was in so much pain that i was ready for everything.my bf was told by his friend there is an amazing guy from asia who does it and helped him a lot.i went in and there were quite a few and especially older people waiting.then he came and asked me what my problem is.i started to talk and he said no no.i dont want to listen to ur health history...i want to know which exact problem leads u hear!ok so i told him about my pain.he sat me down and started to comb my hair and apart it.he pushed against my vertebra and asked me if that hurts and i just screamed.he sticked in about 3 needles and left me.30min later he took them of and told me to relax and i had all of a sudden a burning feeling.he literally sticked in burning needles!!!!!! I think as he didnt explain a lot.later he told me i have pinched nerves and get dizzy because my vain is squeezed to from the vertebras...whatever he did my pain is down from 10 to 5 .i go again tomorrow...and he told me first not to start more pills and not incline my left side of the neck to much neither sleep face down. I am surprised i can report i do feel at a pain level that is managable and i do trust this guy 100%.i keep u updated,but give it a try if u can!!!

Wow! I have always been curious about acupunture. I wasnt sure it was safe for chiarians, seeing as how we cant have massages and such. I have heard many positive stories about others using it. I also heard that it can relieve so much stress and tension that it will leave you sobbing from the relief. Pinched nerve sounds right on the money with everything we put up with, especially the positions we put ourselves in to find comfort. Do keep us posted about todays appointment.

Oh sweeties.i can asure u its not just the pain which is better...i am honestly happy today.i went shopping and realized i am focusing on products and watching prices.i never did that since a year as i just wanted to run out of the shops and lights...this was not the case todat.might be coincidence,but my depression for the moment at least is gone...i definetly keep u updated as i know we are prescribed to much drugs and it would be great to find natural relief...i love u my family

  I am  so glad this worked for u....my friend went to one and found some relief as well....it only works on some pain depending on the source....
  But u deff want one from Asia as they  have a diff training and seem to know how to do this .....that was my friends experience neway.

And I am so glad it lifted those dark clouds for u too : )

I went again today...and my pain is less again.if it would stay like this i would be happy.i bumped into a great man i am sure.waiting for the treatment i got to know a woman which was left paralized on her legs due to anastesia in a hospitsl!!! She was in a wheelchair for 3years and thanks to this doctor she can walk again...i am so happy to have found him.everytime he pins out the needles tears run over my face as if blocked energy gets out...and as if sth gets released...i am still without words...

P.s.have to add a tiny detail.after the treatment we went up to the highest point of barcelona.we went there 2months after operation.i was not able to walk more than 20min...and i was really having bad memories...but wanted to give it a try again.we got out for a walk and i swear i thought i saw paradise.i saw a little waterfall and this green area...we walked there.flowers were smelling,bees in the beautiful flowers...and it was so different.i was walking and living at the same time...oh this was a gift from heaven...

Oh how happy I am that you are feeling so much better ! Sounds like you did see paradise ! how  beautiful it must have been. Just so  happy that you hae found something that works for you and makes you feel so much better,
