Does his diet change? Does he drink more at your house? Dose he have a tv or gaming device in his room that he starts watching/playing and doesn't want to move. His he on meds at home and not at your place?
Had difficulty reading/understanding your post. If this behavior only happens at your home, he may be experiencing difficulty adjusting to his new family structure. Urinating on everything may be his way of expressing anger. If this is the case, it would be a good idea for him to seek mental health counseling either at the school or independently.
