My tolder touches my private part. What should I do?

Hi everyone, my boy is 22 months now. From 12 months, he started trying to touch my private part. Even worse, he wants to be under my skirt if I wear one. If I wear black gleaming leggings, he helds my thigh and rubs his pennis against it. I dont know why this happened. My husband and I have never shown sexual behaviours in front of him or accidently let him see them. I can ensure about this because we did it in another room when he slept. My boy just touches me, not anybody else. Sometimes he did it in public places and this really embarrassed me. We do not have pets at home and he have never saw animals mating. Could anybody tell me what should I do? Thank you

I'm no expert but I have taken classes on this type of behavior and have a similar experience. Have you ever allowed your son to bathe/shower with you? Have you gotten dressed or undressed in front of him? If your answer is yes, you may have stopped after he had already become aware that your body is different than his is. That's what I learned from class. It could also be what he's watching or may have seen you and hubby doing. My nephew was maybe 2,3 when he literally laid on my bedroom floor to look up my towel when I got out of the shower and realized he and my sister were visiting and had come up to my room. When he was about 6 he begged to stay in my room when I walked in after a bath in just a robe and swore he wouldn't peek. He had even asked why his mom could stay but he couldn't. Of course his mother made him get out. Come to find out, my brother who baby sat him a lot had been watching porn and didn't make sure my nephew hadn't seen. He's now 9 and doesn't do anything of those things anymore. He gets right up and walks out when he knows a woman is about to dress or undress. I think it's important to tell them "no you don't do that" while they're that young but as they get older and can understand more, go into the whole privacy talk and explain the difference between man and woman. Good luck!

thank you so much. it really helps!
I'm also not an expert, but I think if you make a huge deal about it  he could  feel like he's being bad. he's too little to know what he's doing is serial, he just probably thinks it's fun or he's showing affection. maybe divert his attention with a toy or something , a game etc. honestly it's us adults that  it bothers, he is just an  innocent  baby.
