Step Grandfather sleeping with Step Grandchild

Hello,

I really can use some advice. My finance  and I have been in a relationship for the past three years she has a son who is now going to be 8.

When we first met I learned that the child was sleeping in bed with the father's step father when he would sleep over. He  has admitted to having pee races with the child and also taking showers with the boy while he was in his underwear(he claims only one time).

From the start I have felt the relationship the man has with the child seemed very unnatural. The child said he kisses him on the lips when he goes to sleep and even uses an open mouth.

I reported this to child services in PA where we live each time I found out the child has slept in the bed, but was told as long as the child does not report anything and changes his story when they interview him so they say there is noting they can do.

The mother has told the man several times to stop sleeping in the bed with the child even has told the father but it is still continuing.

I have told her to take the child for an exam but she is scared to do so because she thinks if nothing is found they she looks bad, I have tried every which way to explain to her that is not the case.

I really think something is going on. He constantly is buying the child gifts taking and driving him all the way to NY to go to the movies when we have a local theater in town.

The child cries and his emotional when he comes from over there at times even sick where he complains his stomach hurts or his throwing up.

Is there anything I can do? Can I take him to be examined? Should I just keep reporting it?

Really need some advice!

Can not stop the visit the father claims to live there so the visit is court ordered for the father, but the step father takes the time from the father.

Since the father is allowing the child to stay with him I am stuck.  I have tried talking to the father but he does not say any problem with the child sleeping in a bed with a grown man.

I will just keep reporting it.

Yes i would keep reporting it,you can never be too careful ,can his mother make excuses for him not to go there and would she be convinced to take him to be examined? I TRUSTED MY EXES FAMILY AND IT WAS HIS STEP FATHER THAT ABUSED MY DAUGHTER AT THE AGE OF 4
