Child sexual curiosity

My eleven year old grandson was supposedly caught by his father’s mother, asking his six years old brother to touch his private part… The grandmother claims she has seen this happen on other occasions… My ex son-in-law called CPS on my eleven year old grandson.  When he asked his eleven year old if he had done this, my eleven year old grandson didn’t respond...  The boy’s father then asked the six year and the father told me the six year old said yes it did happen… But when CPS asked the six year old, the six year old said it didn’t happen… last summer my eleven year old grandson told me that his step mother’s son had my six year old grandson’s  mouth on the on his step brothers private part…. The eleven year old told me his father would never believe him if he told… That is why he told me… He wanted me to do something about it… I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t think he would believe me either.  So I told the other two grandmothers. They apparently didn’t tell the boy’s father… The grandmother who claimed to have caught the boys has mental issues… The grandmother told me how her son and daughter-in-law were boisterous during sex… This was something she should have told her son not me…The mother of my ex son-in-law is divorced for the second time.  She has a daughter who lives with the ex husband.  The ex husband has full custody of the daughter… The ex husband only let his daughter visit the mothers house if she allowed video cameras to be installed. The reason for the video camera is due to some very disturbing mental issues. This grandmother now lives with my ex son-in-law… My daughter may be getting custody of her two sons. And of course the boys would be getting therapy. My grandsons don’t want to live with their father and step mother, they want to stay with me or my daughter… Since this report was made by the grandmother with the mental issues I would like to talk or have my daughter talk to CPS, Is it possible for me to talk to CPS???

Wow what a catalogue of family involvement ..to answer your question I think that you will have to ask for some legal advice as to whether you have any say in the matter. It sounds complicated so all I can say is that if it comes to a court hearing you may get a chance, you need to make enquiries .good Luck
