changing his habbit

my child is 9 year old boy

he is having habit that some times noding head, without is knowledg

Please help me to avoide this habbit

Do you feel he has tremors? Is it only his head you notice him doing this or does he do this with his hands too? Can you give a little more information? Is this something you've mentioned to his pediatrician?

How do you mean without his knowledge? are you sure its not to music or a response to something said.How often is it several times or now and again.
