3 year old behavior in nursery

She's 3 years old and she speaks very well at home.  In fact she is the boss at home.  I decided to put her in a private school that has an educative nursery.  But she won't say a word at school.  When she gets home, she gives all the little details that happened in the nursery and she talks about all the other kids in her room, she knows all their names and even other kids'name in other classes.  How do her nursery responsible gets her to talk?  Any one with a suggestion or that had a similar experience, share with me your story and what was the solution at ***@****.  Thanks

Does the teacher ask her questions and have her join in any activities, and reading books, you say it is an educative nursery so they teach them some words and ABC Could she be shy... maybe the others are more gregarious, what do they do for stimulation and fun at the school ?
