My 9 year old not realizing she has to pee until its too late.

My daughter is 9, has been potty trained obviously for quite some time. Well over the last 6 months she has had 4 points where she had no idea she had to pee until she pees right their. The last one was just as she was drinking some water, felt the pressure to pee overwhelmingly and did it right their. She pee'd that morning like any kid does. But then by lunch time didn't realize she had to go until it was too late.

I have asked the questions that shudder a parents soul and that doesn't seem to ring a bell which i am very happy about, but then still why is it she at times doesn't know she has to go? Please help.
