sexual issues for 6 year old boy

My six year old son has had several inappropriate sexual issues.  Last summer he had a friend over and they showed each other their penis' then he put a marker in his bottom to try and write with it, but it kept coming out he said.  I talked for a long time with my son, asked if anyone has ever asked him to do inapproiate things to them or had done them to him, he said no, I told him that it was wrong, and disgusting, that your bottom is for things coming out, not to put things in it and that he could hurt himslef very badly, he said that he had put other things in his bottom before as well.  We prayed together after a long discussion.  About 6 months later, he asked his friend to come into the bathroom so they could pee together, again, long talk, inappropriate, etc, he said that at an other firends house they put race cars and foam bullets just in their butt cracks, not inside.  I do not know what to do, he swears that no one has hurt him in anyway - I assured him he can tell me anything even if someone said they would hurt him or one of us, he said no one has - and really he hasnt been too many places without one of us there with him anyway - its embarrassing, its heart wrenching - my husband and I are at a loss, can anyone please help us ?

coz my 6 year old son asked his cousin 5yrs) to see his ..abd let her show...

It sounds as if your son has learned this behavior from others so I suggest that he gets more supervision ,cut the firends out until he gets it that this isnt a good idea. Did you discuss it with the friends Mom, some showing each other their private parts is considered normal but the putting of objects into their body is not good , so make sure if he is with friends you or the other Mom are there . Ask him who showed him how to do this ...
