Participating in Activities

Hi,

My three and a half year old daughter has lately been avoiding to participate in group activities. She goes to a Montessori 3 year kinder and she is a mini tigers taekwondo club. She stopped liking to play with the group. She decides to sit and watch. She asks mum to tell who ever is in charge that she doesn't want to play. Mummy ignores it.  She is also afraid of loud noises. I am really curious whether this is something that I can develop my child to overcome or get rid off? if the answer is yes, how do I do that?
She is extremely smart. She memorizes things from the first time, early speaker, speaks fluent Arabic learning English now and able to communicate with teacher and colleague.

Regards
Tarek

Maybe she feels too much pressure to perform?  Some kids like to think and write and read,  and others like to be on stage.  Maybe she's the first kind of kid.
