my child is 7 years old smears poop

my child is in the first grade is on the end of autism has ocd is on medication he is potty trained but when he is in school and put in timeout he poops then smears he only does this at school not at home. Can you tell me why he does this only in school in timeout

It could be the meds he is on , it has been shown that children on certain meds do show some behavioral habits out of the norm' I think that if you speak to your prescribing Doctor and tell him ask about adjusting the dosage or changing the med .If he is only in time out at school when he does it ,its from frustration, do they put him in time out a lot and what for ?
