7 year old have sharing problem when have playdates at home

My 7 year old boy have about 10 really good friends that love to spend time with him. When he goes on playdates out of the house (places or other kids houses)  his behavior is very good. but when we have the other kids come to our house is a nightmare. We now have only one child at a time to come and play because when more than one he had a hard time, he does not want to share none of his things and constantly throws tantrums. How can i help him or teach him to be kind to his friends, treat them like guess and be a good friend by sharing at home. please help. Thank you

I always found it helps if you give them times to play with each toy , say 5-10 mins each one, what kind of toy is it causes the trouble? .You may also want to explain to him that if he cannot share ,the friends cannot come over , and mean it.
