No why would it be a medical problem? most children go through this he is normal, instead of demands how about you give him choices , no one likes to be told what to do , how about saying to him, would you like to clear it up now before you watch TV or use the PC or something else he would like or after the programme or a half hour of Computer games. Allow him to choose when he cleans up his room as long as he does in every few days, what is the problem , maybe give him a choice there. It is good to accomodate children when you can it makes them happy..we all want that dont we.Its not always about rules and regulations. Good Luck
