my 6 year daughter is genies but she is not listening

she is genies, learn very quickly . but after my second daughter(now she is 3 year old) she is very aggressive, if some friends come to home, we all are talking she sit quitely and suddenly she broke the glass on floor, or come between me and my friend and start talking, her sister and she watching tele then she stand up and pull her pony tale or hit her, and once i ask her why do you do this she answer me i enjoy this, i have one year son too but she not do like this to him some time she pull his hair. she love her sister, if another child hit her sister she stand for why you hit my sister or if i'm angry with my little daughter she said to me mom she is very small why are u rude to her. she know that i hate tickling, she came near me and start tickling, i ask her why u doing this she answer because u said don't tickle, me plz help me what should i do .

She is trying to get your attention, possibly has some jealousy issues towards the other child, maybe she sees the other child getting more attention than she does, so focus on her positive side and praise her when you see her doing something right., lots of outside games and activities get Dad involved aswell,
