6yr old wets her pants both day and night

My 6yr old still has issues with wetting the bed at night and having accidents during the day. We have had her tested quite a few times in the past few years for bladder infections and we have even tried Oxybutynin. The doctor can never seem to find any "problems" that are causing her to have these accidents.  He just says she should out grow it. But it's only seeming to get worse.  She wets the bed almost everynight and she's been having more than one accident a day at school.  Her urine also has a very strong/foul odor-not the normal smell.  I feel like my daughter is at the point were she just doesn't care.  We can have her go to the bathroom and then less than 20 min later she is crossing her legs saying she has to go again.  I don't know if she is just being lazy or if there is some other deep hidden problem.   I'm going nuts between the laundry at home and trying to explain her situation to her teachers.

Oh, and have her drink lots of water and cranberry juice - if she doesn't like the juice, they make cranberry pills that will clean the bladder very quickly.  UTI has nothing on cranberries :)  Maybe that will help with the odor/color.  It sounds like her urine is just concentrated, nothing serious.

Has anyone checked her for bladder control.  Goodness, I see commercials all the time for bladder control issues but can't think of any of them now.  Has her doctor checked for that? I doubt she's being lazy, it must be embarrassing to wet at school and during the night.  She's probably just given up and doesn't think anything will fix it.

If her doctor hasn't found anything, get a 2nd opinion... and a 3rd or 4th if necessary.
