He has a tube in his right ear now and ive been told he has no ear drum and loss of hearing in the left ear. That's why the the girl voice is whispering in the left ear I guess. As your son is being bullied, the "voices" that he hears of the man shouting could be his subconscious telling him to hit back.

The soft woman whispering voices could be how he is interpreting the noises of the tinnitus.

Yes, you must inform the school that he is being bullied.
Sounds like what he perceives that he hears is to do a lot with the bullying.

He also does need to stand up to these bullies.  Find out exactly what the bullies are doing, so that you can be able to find out the best way to deal with this.

Bullies are usually very insecure and may be deprived of parental affection or simply be jealous that you son is doing so well.

Hope you get the bullying sorted out and it will be interesting to know that once that has settled whether the "voices" will stop.

Best wishes.

By the way, if bullying is or continues to be a problem, you might want to check out this book - Bully Maze  found here - http://www.amazon.com/BULLY-MAZE-Finding-Way-Out-ebook/dp/B00H25PFFG/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1409261179&sr=1-1&keywords=bully+maze

Really good article mentioned by Rockrose!
I would also make sure that your school knows he is being bullied, and that it is effecting him.   There is NO excuse for a school to allow a child to be bullied.

By your description, it doesn't sound like bipolar.  The key symptom of bipolar is marked and dramatic mood changes.  I think that you definitely made the right move by scheduling an appointment with the MD.  Please keep us posted.

I have made him an appointment for next week....Thursday...with his primary care and then they will refer him where they feel he needs to go. Christians left ear...ive been told he has no ear drum...hes had his hearing checked about a year ago and he has some hearing in his left ear. So apparently he has some ear drum. But I believe that is why he only hears whispering in the left ear. He says he cannot make out the words of the woman in his left ear. But the man kn his right ear yells and tells him to start fights at school. Apperently he does not hear the voices everyday. He heard them Monday but not Tuesday or wed.

I have a background in psychology so I know the signs for schizo. My issue is I don't see other aspects of schizophrenia. He is a smart well rounded child. Honor role kid in school. Gets no less that 3 awards at the end of each school year. He brought home 7 awards last year.

The thing is that hes been bullied at school but does not stand up for himself. So he get mad sometimes. But never lashes out or tryst to hurt himself or anyone.

I'm confused. And scared! Really really scared!!!

What about bipoler? Wouldn't he have other symptoms or signs?

Thank you for your replys they are helpful.

Can he actually make out words,  or is this just kind of a "ringing" of his ears that sounds like voice?  So he only has hearing in his right ear,  and no hearing (since he has no eardrum) in his left ear?

I agree with Mark that if he's "hearing" actual words spoken to him,  that's a serious concern.  But if his ears are ringing and music and non-word "voice" sounds,  that may be a physical problem with his ears.

Best wishes.  As Mark said,  best to get it checked out right away.

You need to have this child evaluated by his pediatrician and/or mental health professional ASAP.  Hallucinations and delusions are probable signs of schizo related disorders which very well may require ongoing meds.
