space invader

my six yr. old son cannot keep his hands to himself. He has some anger issues in which he does not check himself before he acts and then either uses words or his hands to hit someone. He is often described by his teachers or camp counselors as "not malicious' and "sweet kid" but "invades the personal space of others" sometimes in anger. He also shows no signs of remorse (and never has). He is a sensitive, very intelligent boy who spends a lot of time (too much) in school or day care. He also wets his pants on occasion and still wears a diaper at night. What should we be doing as parents in the form of discipline and should we take him to see a therapist to find out if all of this is stress related? We regularly work with time outs but nothing seems to get through to him. thank you.

Could he be copying any behavior he sees at home or anywhere else, has he an older sibling or family member that hits or yells. It would be better to take off the diaper at nights you are enabling him to wet himself let him be in control of his own body, you can put a protective sheet underneath the regular sheet in case of accidents make sure he doesnt drink too much in the evenings...bathroom before bed..Forget the word discipline , focus on his good ,positive side and praise him when you see him doing something right .
