Hi ASL 73 but normal ALT with dull upper right ab pain
I was diagnosed with a fatty liver in dec but blood tests normal then. I have since lost 25 lbs and eating better - no alcohol for a month.
But since I am still having slight dull ab pain I got a home blood test and my AST shot up to 73 but still normal ALT. I am really nervous. 2 Ibruprofen takes away the pain. No other symptoms. I have been working out a lifting.
