Liver Damage

I know that this forum isn't adequate for my question but I am new to this site please forgive me for this.
I am 17 years old, and 80 kg.
My issue is I have just taken accidentally 10 grams of paracetamol aka acetaminophen I've just read that the ld50 is >250mg/kg so by this it means that the dose for me to die is 20 grams.
Will I be safe for the next 24 hours because I can't seek any medical help for this time, what should I do? I am really scared.

I had a routine Ultrasound about 11 months ago and it was discovered that I had a mass of 2.2 CM on my liver which was said to be hamongioma.  The Ultrasound was repeated in June this year and the size of the mass remained the same.  Also I ran a blood test recently and my AFP is about 9.1 rising from 8.2 about 3 months ago.  The laboratory where I ran the test indicated the normal range for the AFP to be between 0- 5.8.  Please advice.  I do not smoke and I do not drink. I am hep B and C negative as per a laboratory test in June .I am a little over weight

What should you do?
Seek immediate medical treatment!

The recommended dose of paracetamol for a single adult is two standard 500 mg tablets. Researches have reported that the threshold for liver damage to start from a single paracetamol overdose is 15 gms (30 tablets). However liver damage could start to occur at a single overdose of 24 standard tablets or 150 mg/kg body weight, (whichever is the smaller). The overdose border or threshold may be lowered in a person on prescription medicines, or someone who is an alcoholic or is undernourished to some extent.

Symptoms: Overdose Of Paracetamol often shows NO SYMPTOMS within the first 24 hours after the overdose. In some cases although there may be mild nausea and vomiting. If the overdose is large then liver function may start deteriorating leading to either of these; jaundice, confusion, and loss of consciousness. Death due to overdose of Paracetamol is rare but when it occurs it is in majority of cases due to liver failure.

Treatment of a serious paracetamol overdose is done by administration of an antidote, which can defeat and combat the toxic effects of the overdose.

Seek immediate medical care to make sure you haven't taken an overdose.
Seek help for your depression or other mental issues.

Good luck.
