Weird blood levels - Liver and other

So there other night I went to the ER with RUQ pain and nausea. Doctor took blood and ran tests, came back and said I was extremely dehydrated, filled me up on fluids and sent me on my merry way.

Today I checked my labs online and everything didn't look perfect.

My liver oanel was perfect for the most part

Albumin 4.3
Alk PHOS 103
ALT 25
AST 30
Direct Bilirubin .6 THIS is what had me worried since the normal range is 0-3

GGT 23
Total Bilirubin .6
Total Protein 7.7
Lipase 55

My CBC was mostly normal but 3 were out of whack

Neut1 10.2
Neutrophils Auto 74
WBC - 13.78

My Basic Metabolic Panel was perfect aside from my cretatine being a tad low at .67 (normal range is .7-1.20)

So my question is, with these results should I make an appt with my doctor? Because obviously everything isn't perfect like the ER doc said... Add the fact that I am still having RUQ pain I'm a little worried (and no it is not my gallbladder, its already gone)

Any advice would be great!

I wouldn't be too worried about the direct bilirubin level. You have total bilirubin listed as 0.6, as well as your direct bilirubin at 0.6 - this is inconsistent. Your total level seems reasonably and normal. And it would be impossible to have 0.0 indirect (unconjugated) bilirubin - the amount unprocessed by your liver. The minimum amount typically would be around 0.3 or so. So your listed value for direct bilirubin is likely a misprint.

Are you still having symptoms?

I would follow up with your primary doctor so she/he knows about this incident. Bring the blood tests results with you to your appointment. Obviously if you are still having symptoms I would write down exactly what you are feeling down, when they occur and any any particular thing that makes them worse or better. This will help your doctor to narrow down what could be going on.

The ER's main focus is to make sure nothing serious or life-threatening is going on. So it is good that you went.

Make sure you stay hydrated!
