Test Results Tracking

Some of you may have seen this in the "liver disorders" group since I posted it there a while back.

With every lab test performed it's beneficial to obtain a copy of the test results (normally there is no charge). Bring the copy home and look up the elevated enzymes and see what efforts on your part can be made to bring them back in to range. Google will work great in assisting you. Place the results in a folder or log them into a database such as the one I have created below. With each results compare it to the previous. It can be rewarding to see the difference you can make and best of all these efforts will become your routine and part of your daily life as you are the one to benefit.

This is not current since I need to update my last test but this is the general idea. I have some pages that contain graphs as well but here's page one.

Thanks for the info and the welcome. I've seen the tracker on medhelp, but think that your spreadsheet is quite good.

Thanks, again.

Thank you viaduk and Welcome to the "Cirrhosis of the Liver" community!

The program I used was Microsoft Excel. It can be a pretty extensive program and to become familiar with it training may be required. MedHelp offers several different trackers that I have heard others remark that they work very effectively. Take a look at the "complete blood count" tracker and see if it fits your needs. You will have the option to make this tracker public or private whatever you perfer. I hope this helps you out.

Good job on that data base.  Would you explain how you made that? I'd like to do the same, but am not knowlegeable about spread sheets and was frustrated when I tried to create one.
