UCSF and medical coverage as I am on medi-cal


Does anybody out there know if UCSF accepts alameda alliance for health or should I opt out and just go to straight medicaid?...my new to me GI doc does not accept blue cross and i am working on getting referred to UCSF
.

see im so loopy i thought it was hemotologist....Hepitologist. I need to get under the care of an hepitologist.   I'm loopy for sure.  smiles EJ ... I will make sure that word comes out of my mouth to the GI doc

Yes, I am having Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) for my latest liver tumor on this coming Tuesday at UCSF. I will be in the hospital staying on the Liver Transplant Recovery floor after the procedure for about a day.

tx got it and working on it.  It is hard to wait for translation of certain parts of these lab values.  Is it ok to ask questions about lab values on MedHelp?  I'm new to this.  tx for your posts and I really do appreciate it as my mental state is not up to par.  It's like I have a built in forgetor.  take care friend kelly

As has been mentioned before, because you have Cirrhosis, you need to be under the care of a hepatologist who is experienced in both Hep C and Cirrhosis.
