Chronic Flu Symptoms- Post Physical Exercise

Can anybody help? I'm posting this question again to see if someone can answer this Q. Would this be a heart problem of some kind. Anybody have any advice or idea why this happens.

Please Please Please can somebody out there offer any explaination and advice for this horrible condition.
Sympotms- I get severe flue like sympotns after the simplest or physical exercise. It's very disturbing. I've had this condition for over 20 years and it has never eased up or goone away. Here's what happens-
If I try to do some physical exercise to try get in shape I end up with terrible severe  flu like sympotns a day or so later without fail.- Here's how it plays out. I exercise for a few days in a row- I mean something simple like riding my bike for 2 miles around the block for 2 or three days in a  row and I end up seriously sick. Does this happen to other people and if so what is it and what treatment would you reccomend
Sympotms  - It starts off with a stuffy nose, then my sinus get all inflamed and feel swolen -then followed by horrible headaches and low grade fever and swolen left side neck gland and horendus stiffness in my neck- The left side of my head gets all hot and feverious and spreads down along the left side of my face, followed by weakness and sometimes nausea. This has been going on with me for years. It's very frightening and debilating.  The sympotns are always the same and mostly on my left side. The left side of the crown of my head gets tender and sore heats up spreads dwon alomg the left side of my face. Another thing I've noticed is my left eye feels like I stood in front of an open window and got a draft or some grit behind. generally goes away when the sinus flare up cools down.  Please help me -does anybody know what this condition is caused by.

Hi helyanna
thank you for your imput. I really appreciate it. I will look into the chronic sinus infection thing a bit further. I get this thing every 4 months or so. It totally brings me down and leaves me feeling very terrible most of the time. It's a real drag. I've had this since 1983. Very troublesome. I will go see a ENT specialest soon and check out that side of things. This is always on my left side, the weakness, the swelling.fever, swoken glands headaches etc, really aweful.
I've been told my whole problem is CFS many times. I just feel that there has got to be a more singular reason for feeling this way for so long. I'm going to go at it again and see what i can dig up. I am tryimg probiotices for the first time. I did find a blog recently where some perople have had asome sucesses with taking them and being able to exercise afterwards without getting chronic flu symptoms like I do. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again Helyanna

I wish you well. I'll update ina  few weeks after I try the probiotics for a few weels.

Could uou have chronic sinus infection? And/or cysts, polyps or swelling of mucous membranes in sinuses?  I have such swelling and repeated or chronic infection for 1,5 years. I have periods of left side head or ear ache, tinnitus. I also have CFS (tens of years). Immunedeficiency may make one apt to upper respiratory infection. I let my immunoglobulins (immunoglobulin A and G, and G subclasses) tested. It is quite expensive. Immunedeficiency may be a genetic defect or caused by some severe infection. If someone has a very serious defect and has repeated infections, then he or she may get gammaglobulin injections. I cannot receive them.

I am waiting for FESS operation to my left maxillary sinus. The sick mucous membrane will be scraped off, and it will grow again healthy I hope so.
