Persistent Flu and congestion. Ex smoker form 8 years.
Hey all!
I'm 28 years old and for the last 2 years or so i have been getting a Flu on a very regular bases with a congested nose and chest that doesn't seem to go away.
I'm always fatigued regardless of the amount of sleep i get.
I was a smoker for 8 or so years and had a chest x-ray that didn't show signs of emphysema.
The Doc said it was asthma but the meds he gave me don't seem to be doing anything.
I have also been doing night shift for 6 1/2 years aswell if that helps.
