You mean lightheaded? Dizzy? Go get your ears checked...cold be an ear infection or problem. Have you started any new medicine or increased your med? Blood pressure med will cause this, (as well as many others).  Also, get a CBC done... Are you male or female? Lack of oxygen to the brain due to blood loss (a gradual blood loss) can cause lightheadedness... The CBC will catch that..., let us know how you feel.

Having a feeling of "swimmy" head, could be that you have a balance problem caused by an infection in the inner ear, high or too low blood pressure.  Could be due to you being anaemic or having a neck problem.

Medication for motion sickness can help to settle down a "swimmy" head, but it is best to get checked out by the doctor first as he may prescribe you with the appropriate medication when he find the cause of your "swimmy" head.

Make sure that you drink water and fluids so that you do not become dehydrated.

Make an appointment to see your doctor to get checked out for the things I have mentioned above.  Tell your doctor your symptoms so that he can examine you and get blood tests done if he feels this is required.

Best wishes.
