leg pain and numbness in foot and fingers

I have been getting cramps in my calf muscles that last for 3-4 days and along with this I get numbness in my fingertips and the toes on my left foot. I have had blood work done but nothing shows. Any ideas as to what causes this?

My dad was driving one day and his fingers started to numb and then his arm. He went to the hospital because he knew something was wrong. He had to get surgury on his neck for eating to much salty food. Thats all i have.

are you diabetic or hypertensive ?if you are a female are you pregnant?
do your numbness come at rest or after walking?you can take Ca 500 once daily with Magnesuim Sulfate to  relieve the cuff cramps but the reason for the numbness should be diagnosed
