Sorry if I asked too many questions. I have been just so frustrated over the LVH.  I looked up the U of M Cardiovascular Clinic on Line.  It certainly looks as if they have a comprehensive listing of services on their website.  I was so surprised and feel so dumb that I did not realize this sooner.   I informed my doctor that I would like to go to the U of M Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic.   I just want to be sure.  I also informed him that I would like to be seen by a geneticists.  All of this is new too me.  Never seen any of these types of doctors before.  I'd rather know what is going on now, and not just hope for the best. I do not want to wait until it is to late to make a difference.

thank you again

I wouldn't worry about your heart, it's fine and you might want to consider yourself lucky on that one because there is something called Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy which affects people who drink. Cardiomyopathies, for the record, do not come and go; once you have it, you have it.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

To me it doesn’t appear to have anything to do with congestive heart failure. You need to consult a psychiatrist as you are definitely going through the withdrawal symptoms. During the withdrawal symptoms, the heart rate tends to go in the 140-150’s. You’ll need to continue taking the benzodiazepines for sometime and I assure you these symptoms will go away. You also need to ensure a regular exercise routine to shed a few pounds as that’ll also help you gain confidence.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind Regards.
