I need help understanding my test results

I got these test results back, i am a 22 year old male and i just want to know more about what it means
The visual ejection fraction is estimated at 35-40%.
Left ventricular systolic function is mild to moderately reduced.
In the apical views the left ventricular systolic function appears distinctly
abnormal. Endocardial definition was poor. A repeat limited study with
contrast or an MRI would be useful to confirm or refute the finding of
reduced left ventricular systolic function.
The study was technically difficult.

The normal EF (ejection fraction) is 55% so with yours being 35-40% your heart is not pumping appropriately. You may be looking at CHF or something a long the lines of but the results here said a repeat study or a MRI would be useful as this study was technically difficult.
