Can someone diagnosed with chf describe their cough to me? I am not diagnosed, lexiscan and echo is scheduled for next week. I have extreme shortness of breath doing simple things, dizziness and tingling, 2 years of tachycardia and high blood pressure and this cough that is out of control. Nights are the worst I feel like I’m drowning if I try to lay flat. Nights are awful but the cough has creeped into more of my day now. Pulmonology seems to think I have allergies (no history or allergies and no allergy symptoms other than cough). My ekg was nornal. I’m just looking for thoughts on this cough. It is wearing me down. I’m exhausted.
