How accurate are ultrasounds?

On April 8th 2013 I met my boyfriend. About two or three days after we met I started to get blood in my discharge witch always happens two days before I start my period. Im very irregular and hadnt had my period in several months. So i told him we had to wait to have sex. But it didnt last long and we had sex anyways. I did have some what of a period the next week or so, although it was not heavy at all and the whole time we continued to have sex the whole time, several times a day without protection.

So May 27th I took an at home pregnancy test and it was positive. I scheduled a doctors app and when I get my blood drawn they said I was 6 or more weeks, so on June 5th I had my ultrasound and they told me I was exactly 7 weeks. So there for my conception date would be April 27th - May 1st.

I slept with my ex boyfriend sometime at the end of March begging of April. I know the only way to know 100% who the father is a paternity test, and we will get one once shes born but in the mean time I cant help but stress about it. Is there even a chance my boyfriend is not the father? How accurate are ultrasounds? Should I even be that concerned he is not the father?

Oh, and an ultrasound would not have confused a baby conceived April 27 - May 1 with a baby conceived at the end of March.  There might be plus or minus a few days on an ultrasound but it would not be plus or minus 4 or 5 weeks.

No, your ex-boyfriend's sperm would not have lasted a month in your system.  It's not his baby.
