Help? - When did I conceive

Hi. I am confused. I had a period on Nov 13 -17 2015 and had sex Dec 5/6. I then had my period Dec 8 - 12. After that I had sex almost every day in December. I then missed my period on Jan 4th.  A pregnancy test on Jan 5 was negative then i got a positive result on the 6th. Did an ultrasound the same day (vaginal and abdominal) but tgere was no yolk sac or other sign of pregnancy. So two weeks later at gestational age of 6 weeks 3 days the sac, fetal pole n heartbeat were detected. Did I conceive before or after my last period?

If you are sure that they gave you the 6 weeks 3 day count from the measurements and developmental markers of the baby as seen in the ultrasound, and not just from you reporting that your last period was December 8 and them using that in their notes, then your estimated due date should be around September 14, and your estimated conception date should have been around December 22.  This does not line up with you being 4 weeks 3 days on January 6, but in your fourth week it is too early to see the embryo anyway.  In general, what you are describing rules out the guy on December 6.

Yes the from the ultrasound I was told I am 6 weeks 3 days. Yhankbu so much for ur input

It would be very unusual to conceive on December 6 and then have your period come on December 8.  Not only do periods not come when you are pregnant, but they also don't come until about 2 weeks after ovulation.  If you had ovulated on December 6, your period would have come on December 20, not December 8.

So, on January 22 they said you were 6 weeks 3 days GA?

Or did you just take that from someone saying you were 4 weeks 3 days a couple of weeks earlier?

The first ultrasound placed me at 4 weeks 3 days and the second one was on Jan 22nd. I am wondering if the ultrasound is wrong I actually conceived Dec 6th.

You said "two weeks later" you were 6w3d, but didn't give the date.  In the context of your story, it sounds like you're saying that on the 6th of January you did an ultrasound and then you did another ultrasound on January 20?  And on January 20 they said you were 6w3d GA?  If so, you would have conceived around December 21 or so.  Please correct the dates, if my assumption of a second ultrasound on January 20 is incorrect.
