I need help to know who the father is

I have a boyfriend whom I had sex with in August and September, then made out with my x on the 14 October, now I am pregnant did ultrasound on the 22nd of November and it said I was 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Please help me cause I also have periods irregularity sometimes I don’t get to see my period in 5 months. Please help

Based only on the 22 Nov ultrasound the chances are best that you got pregnant from sex the first week in October, somewhere around the 7th. The 14th is less likely.

How late in September was the last time you had sex with your boyfriend? Did you have any sex with him in the first week of October?

Also, when you had the ultrasound, what estimated due date did they give you based on the baby's measurements?

Well, that clarifies things. From what you wrote above, it had sounded like you only had sex with your boyfriend in August and September. By saying "we always have sex almost every week," it sounds like you are saying you continued to have sex regularly with your boyfriend in October? That makes more sense because your ultrasounds and your due date point to the first week of October for conception.

I think so, too. I was puzzled at first because it sounded like you were saying you stopped having sex after September with the first guy and only had sex in October on the 14th, and that left conception falling in a gap where you hadn't said you had any sex. If you kept having sex with your boyfriend all the way through, that explains it and makes him the most likely.
