Possibility of a False Positive?

So I had my prenatal paternity test done in August and I obtained the much desired he can't ve excluded as the father result. Now that I am getting closer to my due date of March 11, 2016 I am very nervous the results were incorrect. Is there any possibility that I had a false positive or is it more common to get an exclusion than an inclusion? I am really worried because my bf is really really dark and I recall my one night stand was not dark at all. My bf is always saying his babies should be dark(brown) and I am not dark so I am kind of worried about my children looking so different from him. I did my test through a lab that does testing through ddc and my results have the ddc logo on them. When i called the number on Ddc's website they told me that they could not do a prenatal blood paternity test because I am carrying twins AND I could be pregnant by two men. I dont care if I am pregnant by two men what I care to know is that I am actually carrying my partners baby. So I shoppped around by calling numbers on natera's collection sites and found a reliable lab that said that it would not matter if I am carrying twins because the dna would be in the blood no matter what. Can someone give me their opinion or experience if possible?

...when they are born...and the n i got nervous because what if the test come out he is not the father. In my mind i plan to test if i find no similarity whatsoever in the babies with him. Then i think of whats the point if the other person in question was a one night stand and i dont even have his name and way to locate him and do not want to. It would just cause more misery to me for the rest of my life. I just hope ddc/natera are right...i will update in this forum with my findings when my babies are born.

Hey girls I think its just the anxiety getting to us trust me I break down a lot. when I have my moments with my partner and he's kissing my tummy etc in my mind I'm just begging to god that this baby is his. Yes we've all read the doubtful posts but have any of them truly contested the test after birth NO not yet..... What I have found are the confirmed after birth posts about DDC so lets all remain hopeful that our tests are accurate.

I had read an article on a chimera and that all the paternity test would come out negative. Supposedly the guy had absorbed his twin in thw womb so the paternity test were not catching his DNA but of that was truw that he absorbed his twin then he would have DNA for both him and his brother wouldnt he? I wonder because if DNA is present and even if I am pregnant with twins I should have the baby fathers DNA floating in my blood right? Chimerism is a whole different thing but I wonderabout it based on the DNA that it does not show up in test...

chimera chances are very low girl and I'm sure your dna levels are beyond high since you are carrying twins... I cannot give you a definite answer because I don't know much on the topic I don't really thing that maybe your case..... When are you do again? are you re testing secretly after birth?
