Who is the father?? Please need help.

On January 10 i had my period for 5 days and on January 19 i had intercors with a guy he didnt came in me or at all. On February 1 (22 days after my last period) i had period for 5 days standart bleeding. On February 7 and 12 i had sex with my current bf. On March 3 i had positive pregnancy test i was very happy without any thoughts about the guy from January. I did 2 ultrasounds and both of them gave me gestunal age that accurate to February. Everything was great untill last week when this first guy appears and said that he thinks this baby is his. And he told me i cant be sure that i had my period on February and maybe it just was a bleeding and ultrasound mesurment can be wrong. Im so scared and all i can think about is maybe he is right.
Please need your advice.

I am glad you got the answers, and are 100% sure of the paternity of your baby. Now you can focus on the future. Do not engage with the ex, and ignore any attempts he makes to contact you. That is a lot of stress for you and the little one. I wish you all the best!

The guy does not know much. Ultrasound measurements late in pregnancy can be off. But ultrasound measurements done in early pregnancy would be able to tell the difference between a baby from sex January 19 and a baby from sex February 7 and 12. When you got the gestational age accurate to February, did they tell you an estimated due date? What was it?

The estimate due date is November 7.
OK, that all lines up with getting pregnant in mid-February, probably from the sex on February 12. This guy who has showed up and shot off his mouth about things is probably just running his own agenda, he is either scared that he is unexpectedly going to be a dad, or he is being mean and trying to scare you, or he's trying to get you back, or he is in a macho competition thing with your boyfriend. Get a DNA test done with your boyfriend when the baby is born (you'll need one for child-support purposes anyway) and then forget it.
Thank you for the quick response, so you think i have nothing to worry about? And yes you are right this guy want to get me back.
I don't think you have anything to worry about.
My first ultrasound was at week 6 and one day (LMP) all doctor said that its too early and she had impression for slow heart beat, at   26/3 i had another ultrasound and baby was mesured as  7 weeks and 5 days 15CRL. I hope the doctors right and all fits with February.
No doctor reading an ultrasound would confuse a baby in the 6th week of development for one from the 9th week of development. They are very different looking, if you don't believe me, just look some ultrasound pix up. Same with 7th week and 10th week. Babies grow and develop very fast in the early stages and those gestational ages do not look like each other. But the main thing is, you are taking counsel of your fears. Don't do it. You have a doctor, the doctor went to med school and has practiced a while also, you did not go to med school and have not practiced medicine. You've got to get your fear out of the mix that makes you merely "hope" the doctor is right. Of course the doctor is right. Your ex is just being a jerk, and you're falling for it.
Thank you so much! You helped me alot.
UPDATE:
I did the prenatal paternity test and the results came back today this guy was excluded as fasther of my baby. Thank you for the support!
Who did you do your prenatal paternity test with ?
EasyDNA they have labs all around the world. I got the results by email within 10 working days.
