in need of help!!.

I was wondering if the doctor could tell a 30 week and 6 days old "fetus"- "baby" from a 30 week and 2 day old "fetus"-"baby" apart?.....

And ma next question is if they havent changed ma due date so far does that mean my due date is accurate with my conception date?

An app is based on averages of many women.  It does not test your hormone levels, or look with an ultrasound at your ovaries to confirm that you did actually ovulate on the day the averages suggest you did.   Whether or not it said you have high fertility on certain days, it doesn't remove the need to do a DNA test when two dates (having sex) are really close together.

Sperm can last up to 5 or 6 days in your system.  This would mean that on December 1, you had viable sperm from both guys in your reproductive tract.  So, if you ovulated on December 1, both guys had you covered, in that sperm from November 27 were still there and possible sperm from December 1 in the pre-ejaculate.

The November guy has the edge, since he released and did not pull out, but you really do need to do a DNA test with both guys (or at least one of them) to rule out the wrong guy for sure.

How do you know that you ovulated on November 27, were you using an ovulation test kit, or taking your temperature?

It does not really matter if either of you came.  There can be sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluid.  If the guy on the 27th is a different guy than the guy on December 1, there is no way at this point to tell who the dad is by the calendar.  All you can do is a DNA test when the baby is born.  Keep in mind also that although the egg only lasts about a day if it is not fertilized, sperm can last up to 5 or 6 days in your system.  So you were covered on December 1 from the event on November 27 and from the event on December 1, if you did ovulate on December 1.  But also keep in mind, 19 weeks 6 days is also too late to use an ultrasound to pinpoint conception.

No, it is too far into the pregnancy to be able to split the difference when it is as small as 4 days.  Even if you had an ultrasound at 6 weeks, it would have been pretty iffy to try to tell the difference if the dates are only 4 days apart.  But in your 30th week it is impossible.

If they have never changed your due date, it is probably pretty accurate.  This doesn't mean you will give birth on your due date, however.  Babies can come early or late.
