Talk to your doctor, it will not be the first time he or she has fielded this question. Whether or not you had a period is not the most major piece of evidence here, the ultrasound is. They can be off after many weeks, but yours would not be off by more than a week because it is relatively early in the pregnancy. And don't forget, doctors do not begin the weeks count on the day of conception, they begin it on the first day of the last period (or the calculated first day of the last period if the woman has irregular cycles.) A doctor saying "You are 11 weeks 4 days pregnant" from an ultrasound is saying "you are 9 weeks 4 days from conception."
It takes some weight off of my shoulders, I just needed another's person opinion or idea on what they thought.
I wasn't sure if it was possible to have conceive then have a regular period. But thank you for your opinion :)
At 11 weeks 4 days it would be accurate +/- about 6 days. Everything adds up to the bracket between July 3 and July 10, and I would say it sounds most likely that you got pregnant around July 7. Your ex would be too early, as also confirmed by having had a period after the sex.
Sorry I forgot to add March, yeah that's correct.
I had sex with my ex June 21st and after my period I had sex with my current boyfriend now in July. I found out I was pregnant around the middle of agust and had my first ultrasound September 15th saying I was 11 weeks and 4 days. How accurate is the first ultrasound?
Hi, you give a day for your due date but no month. Is it in March?
If so, my calculator suggests that the father would be someone you had sex with between July 3 and July 10. You mention someone on the 1st of July (at least, I think it's July...you just say 'the 1st') -- was that the last time you had sex with anyone before learning you were pregnant, or did you have sex with anyone around July 7?
