thank u annie your advice is much appreciated..this is abig help...i think i dont have to worry anymore...
Once they get actual measurements from the actual embryo, it doesn't signify much when the first day of the last period was. A woman can ovulate at one week, two weeks, three weeks or more, from her last period.
thanks a lot for the enlightenment...somehow it makes me ok...
how about my LMP annie, does this matter on the counting...
hi annie..i had my trans v last aug 12 in which i was at that time 7 weeks and 1 day...who do u think is the father?pls help
You can put your dates into a conception calculator, but they will only be accurate (or near accurate) if your first ultrasound was early in your pregnancy. You said the ultrasound was your trans V, but you didn't say when you had it, i.e., how many weeks along you were.
Probable date of ovulation: July 7
Possible dates of conception: July 3 to 11
Due date: March 30 (40 weeks)
It sounds like all the sperm from the guy on June 24 would have been dead by the time you ovulated, and like your boyfriend is the dad.
This is just close enough that I would recommend doing a DNA test after the baby is born, but in your shoes I would not worry over it -- just do a drugstore test with the other guy, to rule out the unexpected. (Or do it with your boyfriend if he knows.) This is not because your dates give a strong cause to worry, but because you don't want to ever have to wonder. I think it's your boyfriend's.
