I have pain in my calf upon standing up for months. Could this be a blood clot?

I noticed a few months back that every morning I’m in pain and limping from tightness and pain in my left calf. The pain and tightness also happens when I stand up from sitting from a prolonged time. It subsides as I move around. I’m concerned that this could be a blood clot. I do not have swelling or redness.
