Dental Implant post - Records gone
I had an implant post and healing cap placed in 2009. I wasn’t able to complete the process back then, but now that I am able to, I was told it can’t be done because the periodontist that placed it no longer works there, and after locating the Dr, they don’t remember me nor what type of implant they placed. Is that true? Is there not ANY way for someone to determine the size/brand and or whatever is necessary for an abutment and crown to be placed? B R 3 is engraved in the implant healing cap…Any advice?
