Bump on roof of mouth

I am 27 years old and I have a small bump on the roof of my mouth, been there for about 2 months with no change. When  I look at it in the mirror, I cant see it or a change in color, but yet I can feel it with my tongue. Its  to the side of my palate. I viewed many online photo and nothing looked like it. Do oral cancers always have a distinctive look? What else could it be? PLEASE write me!
