When teeth are removed your jaw bone recedes, making your face narrower and less attractive overall. Also, your mouth and palate get smaller meaning breathing is more difficult. Basically nothing about tooth extraction is healthy, and it is completely unnecessary!! Nature always knows best, and it wouldn't have given you 32 teeth if any needed to be removed. The correct answer is a palate expander, gum chewing (or chewing in general), and eating a healthy nutrient rich diet. These all naturally expand the mouth so the teeth fit comfortably. Also, do not mouth breathe, breathe out of your nose for best health and physical form (mouth breathing creates long, unattractive face and is extremely unhealthy).
Omg don't do itt...hope this isn't too late but your looks and health will without question, be adversely affected..please do more research on this.
Nope. You'll be fine. Millions of Americans have had the same thing and they're fine. You'll be glad you just went through with it and got the braces on. You're making an investment that you'll never regret. Good luck.
No. None that are known. Pain. Keep open communication with Dentist. Good luck.
