White bony bump on top gums
Hi, I have noticed that I have a hard lump on the top gum right at the top where the canine tooth is. It does not hurt and doesn’t seem to be getting any bigger I know it must have been there for around a year but never thought to have a look. Does anyone else have this or know what it could be?
