White coating on tongue, won't go away

Hi. I've had bad breath all my life. I have a white coating on my tongue, I scrape it, and some goes at the front but its very had to get rid of it at the back. I have tried the following to get rid of it;
- Scraping
- Flossing
- Salt
- Drinking more

I don't think its thrush, it's just litrally on my tongue. Heres a photo.
It may not look like there is alot there, but there is.

Your photo looks exactly like my tongue when I had thrush.  I got it from using an inhaler and not rinsing afterwards.  My dentist prescribed a mouth rinse that took care of it. How do you know it's not thrush?

look up black harry toungue.it will look white if it gets bad enough it can turn black.it can come and go your whole life. look at differnt types of yeast.eat only plain yogert everyday with no sugar.   sue.  quick scrapping you can make it worse just lightly brush.  sue
