dental pain

hi, i had infection in my left jaw a year ago without any decay so i had to change my cap of three back molars. now i have an infection in my right hand side jaw and there is a lymph node which you can feel it when touched.  the pain was too much and and the dentist put me on an antibiotic for five days. he says the pain will go away in ten days.  but i am worried about the lymph node will it actually dissolve?

You're very welcome. Please let me know what your dentist says once the infection is all clear.

Your lymph node will not dissolve, it will go down as the infection clears. Once the infection is gone you will be going back to your dentist won't you?
