questionable bumps in the back of mouth?

I recently noticed with in the past few months that I have been getting these clear bumps in my mouth. they are on each side of my mouth in front of my tonsils near where your mouth stretches from the top to bottom part right behind where my wisdom teeth should be. However I do not have any. What could these be?

Thank you. I have not really been sick recently though. Or had any symptoms but occasional sore throat. Could something as simple as allergies affect this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Hope you are doing well.
A clinical examination is must for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. These bumps could be sub epithelial lymphoid tissue, which are composed of lymphocytes or immune cells (lymphocytes). They usually enlarge during a bacterial or viral infection in the area, but they become unnoticeable when the infection is gone. It is important to know a detailed history and clinical examination. Hope it helps.
Best luck and kind regards!
