Hi,i have a mouth asbcess right third top fistula on B and it was small cus wen went to dentist the broke it and gave me meds took them nothing... i dont have much symptoms face is swollen a little bit.. low grade fever 99 /100 headaches all the time  and feel fatige very hard time taking deep breathes.. now i saw it  and it looks very big again.. feel a lil discomfter on my right side of face...i wantedto know if i could or should i use a needle and bust it andtry and clean it out soall that stuff can go... felling a lil sick... sometimes like the flu and help Please  i will appreciate it  thank you....

you have a severe infection that will not get better on its own or with self help. go to the dentist now! the longer you wait the more chance you could have permanent damage. people can die from these kind of infections!
