A lot

I think u may have more then one mental disorder....symptoms----memory lost, sadness often, loneliness, hopeless,short tempered, suicadul thoughts increases daily, isolation-don't wanna be around others, little or no sleep, rapid thoughts, can not focus on anything to long, headaches daily, back pain daily, stomach pain three times out Tha week, no interest in anything, extremely over whelmed, paranoid, over eating, memory and focus are getting worst...can someone tell me what's wrong? I don't feel normal I feel broken like I'm on the outside watching every one else!!! I have asked my husband to help me because I'm embarrassed and he want are don't know how......:-/

I agree 100% with the above reply.  You have definitely identified that something isn't right.  You need the help of a professional to assess you, and talk about treatment options.

It could be depression, could be something else.  You need to go see a psychiatrist and therapist to discuss meds and therapy options for yourself.  Take it from someone who has had deep depressions: it will only get worse if you let it go unchecked.  It's not something you can just get over.  It's something you need to have meds (at least at first) while you're learning techniques from therapy to learn your triggers and symptoms to avoid further episodes and get better.

If you aren't sure where any mental health facilities are, you can ask your general practitioner for information on where a local facility is.
