i usually just wait for depressive episodes like this to end because waiting is all you can do sometimes.
I know exactly how you feel but I'm stressed beyond belief, which I think makes my emotional and physical problems worse.
I would ask about a meds change and mention this to your doctor.
You meds are not working for you.
Perhaps you need to get them adjusted/changed.

Don't help that much but I. Keep trying. Be recently suggested I talk to a phycologist. I think this has helped the most. I still don't have a normal life but it is improving. I. Think depression affects people differantly. So all I can do is offer support. I bope you find your answers GAil
This may not be what you are looking for but I would definately try exercise and yoga with some deep breathing exercises. If you have no stress, which is odd but great, than perhaps just look into changing your diet and try to live like a kid when you are not at work. Read "The Tao of Inner Peace".
