For the past year I have had some really wierd symptoms including like a pressure in my forhead, shaking-vibrating of my head and neck, sensitivity to light( things get brighter then darker). Muscle twitches, Headaches, depression, eye pain, pain on the top of my head, ear ache, popping noises in my head (weird) Also feeling different parts of my body get hot like sitting next to a  heater.also depersonalization, shortness of breath..Just to name some of my symptoms thats most of them. I have had my thyroid checked its fine. I do have 10 cavities i didnt get filled yet i was thinking it was that. I do have panic attacks so I have been thinking this was a result of my anxiety, Its been a year now and its not getting any better. Please help... and just dont tell me to go to the  doctor I have been and they have gave me a mri or anything, when i mention it they think im crazyy because when people have anxiety they automatically think that, but i know my body and this feels diferent I have had anxiety and panic attacks for 13 yrs. Im now 29 yrs old. My periods have been normal and i know thats a sign, no vomiting either. Please give me some insight of what going on with me.. Thanks so much in advance...... :O)

You may want to consider an SNRI as Zoloft may not address all of the symptoms you listed.

I only say this because my symptoms are very much like the ones you listed and SSRI's like Zoloft are not as effective as SNRI's such as Effexor or Pristiq.

Hello,
I would insist on a MRI.  These symptoms could be a number of things.  Don't let the doctors make you give up.  I ignored many little symptoms I had for years and then one day I got a whole bunch of new ones and then I was diagnosed with something I didn't want to be diagnosed with.  I am not trying to scare you but please don't take your health for granted.  Getting advice here is great and it helps a lot but I think you should see a professional.  I know you didn't want to hear that but honestly, do your really think people here know exactly what's wrong with you?  We all try to help each other and we all talk about our problems but at the end only a doctor can tell you what's wrong.
Best of luck o you.

I don't think an MRI would be out of line, but then again I had a dog die of a brain tumor two years ago, so maybe everything sounds like a brain tumor to me.

Ok, that sentence has a lot of thoughts. Can you explain it in some more detail, and with periods to break it up into sentences? I am interested in your situation, but would like more detail.  Have you ever been prescribed antidepressants?

I have to agree, anxiety is incredibly disabling, and also can go hand in hand with depresion as well as Bipolar. You need to see someone ASAP

In your post I'm reading a book. My book.

Yes, no question about it, that is exactly what severe depression mixed with severe anxiety feels like.

You are correct, most regular doctors will not understand these symptoms, but a Psychiatrist will.

You need to get treatment ASAP.

Your symptoms sound like anxiety and depression. I know how drs. can treat you when you mention anxiety and depression. Have you seen a psychiatrist? This is their specialty. Are you under more stress than usual? This can cause you anxiety to be worse. Remar
